In our tutorials sections, we try to find great tutorials on the web on those topics. And sometimes we write our own. Especially in web design, sometimes it is great to watch how things are done. You can watch video tutorials as well as some humorous ones in our video section.

The tutorials and videos found on the web are free, but sometimes it is worth it to purchase a book on the subject. They are written by experts in the field and have been edited and tech reviewed and often provides a more comprehensive coverage.

Crockford on Javascript: Videos of his Talk

Douglas Crockford is Javascript Architect for Yahoo. He gave a series of lecture talks held at the Yahoo main campus in Sunnyvale California. His lectures are available online with transcripts as well. Apparently his lecture has some humor in it as you can hear some laughter from the audience as well as "laughter" noted into the transcripts.
