Adding Images to Blog

Blogger provides a great way to add images to your blog. And they will host the images for you.

Go into your blog and click "Posting" and "Create".

1. Making sure that I have the Compose tab selected, I put my cursor where I want the image to be placed and then click the image icon.

2. Blogger's upload dialog comes up. Click Browse to select the image file from you local disk. Select layout and size. I choose a center layout and medium image size. Click the Upload Image button. And click Done.

3. Notice that Blogger did not place the image where I wanted it.

4. So I have to go into the HTML code by clicking on the Edit HTML tab. I highlight the code for the image. And cut and paste to where I want it to go.

5. Publish the blog.

6. Note that because we had choosen an medium image size, blogger had sized down the image for us. But when the user clicks on the image, they will get the full size view of the image.
